At Opulence Fashions, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and customer-friendly 15-Day Return Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included.

Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned.
2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Before sending any item back, customers must request an RMA Number.
To receive an RMA:

Email us at opulencefashionsusa@gmail.com
You will receive a unique RMA number, which must be written clearly on the outside of the return package.
Returns sent without an RMA number may experience delays or be rejected.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Opulence Fashions is not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a store credit/refund at no cost to you.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Store credit can be issued upon request.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges on eligible items.
To exchange an item:

Request an RMA Number.

Return the original item.

A replacement will be shipped once the return is processed.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1/2 hour of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processing.
